TABLESCAPE THURSDAY

It’s Thursday again and Susan’s lovely party where all the bloggers in blogland get to show off their pretties. Stop over to Between Naps on the Porch to visit everyone.
Remember these items sent to me by my sister Diane in Virginia?
sunday 5.17.09 005
They were the inspiration for today’s table. Since sunday 5.17.09 006 I love French things it was easy to set the table today with things I have around the house. The beautiful placemats were a gift from my other sister, Linda. The silverware was also a gift from my friend and were made by Cutco, a knife company in a nearby town. The black tableware is a giveaway from my friend, Yrsa. I did buy the napkins and rings. Aren’t I just the luckiest girl?

  3. I really like this tablescape. It's nice to be able to use the things you have in the house (no shopping trips!) and it is also a good way to give a room a facelift just by moving things around.

You are a lucky girl~your sisters are so sweet and certainly know your style. I like the touch of pears on the table!

    Have a wonderful holiday weekend!!
