Bears

When Sadie started growling this morning about eight thirty I knew she had seen something out the window. She rushed up into the back yard and by the time I looked out the window all I could see was the tail end of a black bear high tailing it back up into the woods. I'm very glad that we fenced the back yard because I know Sadie would run after that bear if she could. 

  Quite a few neighborhoods in our town are reporting bear sightings but yesterday a cub walked right down Main Street. It somehow managed to escape all the curious people and find his way back to the woods.
