Sunrise, sunset

Remember that song from Fiddler on the Roof? Sunrise, sunset...sunrise, sunset. Swiftly flow the years. That is how I feel when I visit my young grands here in Tennessee. Sara will be six at the end of this summer and Sean is eight. It seems each time I see them they have grown. On the doorway to the kitchen there is proof of that. Mom and dad are both tall and the kids are following in their footsteps with their long legs.

  1. What memories this brings back, Peggy. My Great Aunt Nan used to do this with her grandchildren, even some of the other grands. It was a sad day when her tale of growth through the years had to be painted over! Sending you hugs, my friend!
