About me

I have been retired from teaching elementary school for 8 years now and have been blogging since 2006. I started this blog to chronicle my daily life with words and pictures. Through blogging I have discovered other women out there who have similar interests and are willing to share information.
     My husband and I have been married for almost 45 years. We have two sons, three grandsons, and a granddaughter born in August 2010. We live in a small community in western Pennsylvania.
