On my way home today I was listening to Dr. Oz on XM radio and his guest was Randy Pausch who was a professor of computer science at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He learned that he had pancreatic cancer in September 2006 and in Auguast 2007 he was given a terminal diagnosis. He gave an upbeat lecture titled “the Last Lecture” which became a popular YouTube video and book. It’s all about having fun and enjoying your life.
