After fifty years

The girls in our high school graduating class decided to get together and have lunch every once in awhile. Today was the second time we did this and I had such an enjoyable time. We ate at the Pennhills Club our local golf club...members only...beautiful castle like building. It was a gorgeous fall day and ten classmates spent the hours chatting away.  By this time in our lives we all have many experiences to talk about...or families...or ailments. Lunch was fabulous. I always like to try something out of the ordinary and so I had the special.  Pork schnitzel sandwich. With chipotle mayonnaise and a side of orzo salad. Yum! I haven't had schnitzel since my trip to Germany so I really enjoyed it. It was fun to reconnect with the girls.
