Al Fresco

I am totally borrowing these pictures from a website that i love ..Confessions of a Plate Addict. Here in western Pennsylvania we are just getting our spring which seems late this year. The tulips and daffodils are finally making their appearance and the temperatures hover around 60. Like everyone in town my husband and I have been working outdoors. The fresh air and promises of spending some time outside has made me long for those wonderful summer al fresco meals.
