Happy mother's day

I was the luckiest daughter in the world. My mother was a gentle soul. I never remember her giving me words of wisdom but she taught by the example that she set. She has been gone for thirteen years now and I still miss her every day. In this picture she was jokingly chasing my dad with a broom.
