Can you accept a rainy day?
There are some people who complain about the rain. They love a sunny day and go all grumpy with raindrops. But a rainy day for me makes me relaxed. It's a great day for a cup of tea and a book. The things that are imperative on a sunny day don't seem so important when it rains. It's a good excuse to kick back and catch up. Enjoy the rain...soon it will be turning to snow.

I love a rainy day too! I've always thought that I could happily adjust to living in Seattle. Might not want to have rain that often, but I don't get depressed in it. I love all your quotes.
ReplyDeleteToday was the first washout for our sons to work in a while and they came and helped me! I've been wanting some big furniture moved and know better than to try to shove it around like I used to. They helped me empty out my china cabinet and a big sideboard and switch them around and even washed the walls and floors where they had been. Plus took out an AC, vacuumed the house and rehung some pictures and mirrors.
It was so much fun having them here.
If everyday was filled with sunshine, that would mean that we lived in a desert. I'm with you...I love rain. Cherry Kay
