This weekend my oldest son Chris was married to Michele in a beautiful outdoor wedding in lovely Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It was a fairytale wedding which took place in such a beautiful setting by a chapel. A balcony overlooking the woods was wrapped with white lace. There were candelabras with white candles and bubbling concrete fountains.
Michele was a gorgeous bride. She is a darling girl and we are delighted to have her as part of our family.
I also gained a new granddaughter. Leah is fifteen and stood up for her mother.
I will be posting more pictures later but here is their fall cake.
The groom's cake was Chris' favorite...Boston Cream cake with a Porsche on top.
The reception was lovely and there will be videos and pictures to come. We had a wonderful weekend in Tennessee. Too bad we have to come home to snow.
Congratulations on getting a new daughter in the family! The wedding sounds delightful. Very cool cake!
