The last blooms of summer. We still haven’t had a frost so this hydrangea is still blooming. Becky, should I cut it back after it frosts. And do you think it will be ok in the pot all winter? ...Becky is my garden geru.

If that was a gift plant from a florist last spring then it will not bloom again and needs to be composted. If it is a hydrangea from the garden center it should be planted right now.It will not survive in the cold in the pot. Don't cut it back. Some hydrangeas bloom on old wood and some on new wood. You will have to watch next spring to see which you have. My blue everlasting summer blooms on new wood so I cut it back any time now. My Strawberries and Cream and my Anabel bloom on old wood so on those I just cut the spent blossoms.
