Still picking out kitchen materials. I thought I didn't want to bother with granite until we went to a kitchen showroom in Buffalo. There were over fifty display kitchens and lots of choices. The granite was shiny and distinctive. I loved it!

We have a small galley style kitchen and decided to get granite counter tops to give the kitchen a little zing. Zing it did. I love my granite counter tops. The only thing I don't like is that you can't bleach granite, I bleach everything. That took a little getting use to. So many decisions, try to have fun with it!

I'd pick granite. We did and it is neat. So easy to keep shining.
